Omnibit API Terms And Conditions

Omnibit API is a service provided by AIO Exchange s.r.o, registered in the Czech Republic, company reference number: 19845391.

By utilizing Omnibit API, you enter into a binding agreement with the operators of Omnibit API (hereafter "Omnibit" or "we"). You confirm that you have read, understood, and accept all terms outlined herein and our privacy policy available at aio.exchange/privacy.

1. Definitions

  • Omnibit API: The Omnibit API service provided by AIO Exchange, including all associated endpoints, features, and functionalities.
  • Omnibit Operators: Employees, contractors, and entities responsible for managing and operating the Omnibit API under AIO Exchange s.r.o.
  • User: Any individual or entity accessing or utilizing Omnibit API.

2. API Usage

By accessing Omnibit API, Users agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of API credentials.
  • Notify Omnibit immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.
  • Comply fully with all API limits, restrictions, and documentation provided.
  • Not misuse or overload the API service intentionally or negligently.

3. License

Omnibit grants Users a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license solely for accessing and integrating Omnibit API services for internal business or personal use. Commercial resale of Omnibit API services is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing by Omnibit.

4. Limitations

Omnibit API provides market data aggregation, real-time blockchain data, token conversion, arbitrage data, and advanced trade quotes across multiple crypto exchanges and blockchains. While Omnibit API strives for accuracy and timeliness, Users acknowledge the inherent volatility and risk in crypto markets. Omnibit cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or real-time nature of the provided data.

5. Fees

Omnibit reserves the right to charge fees for API usage based on service tiers, features, and usage volume. Users agree to pay applicable fees timely, which Omnibit may periodically adjust. Users will be notified of any fee changes in advance.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Omnibit API services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Omnibit disclaims all liability for any losses or damages resulting from errors, interruptions, delays, inaccuracies, or security breaches.

7. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Omnibit, its operators, affiliates, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from the User’s breach of these Terms or misuse of Omnibit API.

8. Termination

Omnibit reserves the right to suspend or terminate User API access for any breach of terms, suspicious activity, or other security concerns without prior notice. Upon termination, Users must immediately cease using the API and destroy any data obtained.

9. Data Privacy

User data and personal information are collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at aio.exchange/privacy.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by Czech law. Any disputes arising shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Failing this, disputes will be settled via arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), seated in Switzerland, conducted in English.

11. Modifications

Omnibit reserves the right to update or modify these terms. Continued use of the API after such changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
